Information

Yoongi Fest is, as the name suggests, a fest dedicated to everything Yoongi! It will feature gen content, all Yoongi x member ships (including poly ships and OCs), and does not center around a specific theme. It's just to simply create Yoongi-centric content!For prompting:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to prompt for this fest even though the fest is not NSFW as a whole

  • Up to 10 prompts allowed per account

  • Self prompts will be added once claiming opens

  • Any ships are allowed as long as they have Yoongi in the main pairing

  • Yoongi x Member and poly ships are allowed

  • Make sure to include any DWs (Do Wants) and DNWs (Do Not Wants) in your prompts

For claiming and writing:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to write for this fest even though the fest is not NSFW as a whole

  • Once you claim your prompt(s) on Ao3, you MUST submit the claim form within 24 hours. If you do not submit this form, your claim will be deleted

  • The minimum word count for any fic you submit is 2,000 words

  • Each writer can claim up to two (2) prompts max. If you finish early and claiming is still open, you can claim one (1) more

  • Only one claim per prompt with the exception of self-prompts

  • All ratings are welcome!

  • Chaptered fics and WIPs are allowed as long at what you submit meets the word count requirement

Not at all! You're allowed to prompt and write any AU, trope, or idea (as long as it doesn't go against fest restrictions) for this fest just as long as Yoongi is featured in the main relationship(s).What is the process?
There will be a prompting period where prompters can submit up to 15 prompts, followed by a claiming period where writers will be able to claim up to 2 prompts. Everyone will get to work on their claims with one check-in during the process and submit by the deadline.How many prompts can I submit?

Hello, hello! My name is Astrid, and you can find me on Twitter at @melikeriomyg and check out my modding experience here <3 This is my first time running a fest since most of my experience is in zine work. I only plan on running this fest and will be transitioning from modding zines to running this fest account only as my sole modding responsibilities, but I'm super excited to be here with all of you!

Rules

  • No minors // Prompters and writers must all be 18+ to participate

  • During the check-in, a form will be emailed to you to submit. If you do not submit within a week of the deadline (or reach out to me in that time), you will be marked as dropped out and your claims will be deleted. (You do not need to have a progress report, but the check-in is just to gauge if you're still interested in participating!)
